Payment Methods

Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Credit card payments are through PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
