This large, 3 bedroom, newly renovated family home, with back yard, large south facing deck (350 square feet) and open concept main floor. Very comfortable, modern vacation home. Master bedroom has a king size bed, city view from large windows and en suite bath. Two other bedrooms upstairs: one single bed and one bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top. Second bath with shower and tub as well as a large reading nook upstairs. Main floor features an open concept kitchen, dinning area attached to the living room and family room. Powder room on main floor. Kitchen is recently renovated with all amenities. Living room has sectional sofa, 50" plasma TV and gas fireplace. New outside since the photos, are patio furniture for back deck and basketball hoop. A great family place to call home while you vacation in Vancouver.
