Payment Details
20% of rent & 100 cleaning fee required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $100.00 deposit refund may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
