More Information

Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. It is a beautiful and family beach. Rates include departure cleaning, linens (bed, bath, and kitchen), pool/workout facility access and utilities.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). The nearest shopping center is approximately 200 yards from the condo. Several restaurants are located in the same vicinity. Another shopping center is about one mile away and includes a grocery store, movie rentals, several restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Subway, TCBY, Hardee's), dress shops, book stores, Bank of America branch, Radio Shack, Dollar General, 2 service stations, CVS pharmacy, and more. In addition, the Ingram Planetarium is located in the same shopping complex.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Sea Trail Plantation is located one mile from the beach. Even though it's only a mile, walking is not recommended from May through September due to heavy car traffic and the narrow road shoulders. Besides, you'll need your car to take your beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, surf boards, boogie boards, etc. There are three parking lots at the beach, two are free and one is exclusively for resort guests.
• Nearby Attractions: All that Myrtle Beach has to offer is only minutes away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 0 will apply. A fee of 0 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
