    Master Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Double Foam Mattress (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Foam Mattress (sleeps 1). With attached master bath and jacuzzi tub. Blue water view of ocean and sounds of the surf. Writing desk and selection of books and door to deck ideal for reading to surf sounds. The above 2 thick foam mattresses are in the Master Bedroom closet and sheets are in the hall linen closet. They are perfect for kids. They can be put on the floor of any room.

    Most rooms and balconies enjoy spectacular broad views of the ocean as it meets the sandy beach at Gualala Point Park. The view from the dining and living rooms is across a roof top to the ocean, river and beach. From the kitchen is the next door townhouse and some ocean. From the master bedroom are blue water ocean views over buildings across the road. From the second bedroom is the next door townhouse and our deck.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Credit cards processed through PayPal with a 2% processing charge added.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
