This luxury cottage is part of an exclusive private community with just twenty-five executive waterfront town homes. The unit offers over 1100 square feet of waterfront luxury that includes a living room with fireplace, an upstairs master bedroom with private walkout deck, en-suite bathroom, convenient laundry and rustic view. A private boat slip, full entertainment centre, internet access and a warm well-appointed interior featuring the art of local artists makes this an ideal vacation spot for families of any age. Even the linens are included. Hop into my paddle boat, canoe, or kayak and relax and cruise the nice quite bay, or grab my aluminum fishing boat with 9.9 HP motor and try your luck with some of the smallmouth or largemouth bass. Enjoy waterskiing? Then launch my twin engine jet boat and ski or tube the lake. With twin 185 HP engines it has the power to pull any one up on skis or use your own boat. Bring it and launch it free from our own boat launch and put it in a slip.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Closest shopping is in Apsley and includes groceries, doctors office, a pharmacy, post office, liquer Store, and gas station.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 30 boats. Full dock and boat launch is available! Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Email Money Transfer
In the event of cancelation all Foreited funds may be credited to another reservation at a later date in time. No refunds are issued except for security deposit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $85.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
