The 3 nines - "Meadows", "Highlands", and "Woodlands", each present a different challenge to golfers. They are all tucked along a protected riverfront preserve, brimming with wildlife and fertile fairways. The Nines are aptly named to the areas they represent. These very demanding courses present golfers with seasonal water hazards making accuracy and precise shot placement a must at Aberdeen Country Club.

You can enjoy the view from the master bedroom and bath, kitchen, as well as living room and dining room with a cathedral ceiling and huge framed mirrors for expanded views. You can access the extended porch through full view sliding glass doors from the living area.     Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
