Beautiful views of the water and the sunrise. There is a wrap-around deck on three sides of the house which allow you to appreciate the lush flora and well landscaped grounds.
For an additional $5 per day----or free if you take your meals at the nearby resort Gaia-Oasis---you may use their swimming pool.
• The drive by car for the airport is slightly over two hours.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are several golf courses on the south end of the island.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Gaia-Oasis which is close, but not obtrusively so, has an excellent restaurant which is available to you. They serve a wonderful buffet lunch and dinner, and snacks at other times of the day. There is cold beer, soft drinks and sweets available as well.
Our property manager can also arrange for a cook to come to the house and prepare dinner.
Stores are at the top of the road which is about a 15 minute walk. There is internet and phone service there as well.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. This Villa faces East, and the North Bali Sea. You have a totally unobstructed view of the water and the sunrise.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
