Fabulous,180 degree view of Maui's North Shore. Check out the windsurfing action from the deck, it's only about 2 miles away. Sunsets from the deck are breathtaking.

Huge timber, open beam wood ceilings provide a very open feeling. Hardwood floor. Covered wrap-around deck with hammock and very comfortable patio furniture. Outdoor private hot water shower. Papaya, banana and passion fruit for picking. Location is a quiet and safe, upscale neighborhood, all properties are min. 2 acres. Very private.

Distances

• Distance from the airport is about a 20 minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Plenty of golf courses in the area.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short 2 minute drive will take you to a small local shopping center with a post office, an upscale coffee shop, 2 restaurants, several gourmet take-out places, 2 small grocery stores, a gym and a video store. Closest towns are Paia and Makawao, both about a 10 minute drive. Guests will need to rent a car to get around as there is no public transportation.
• A 5 minute drive will take you to the nearest beach (Ho'okipa). Ho'okipa, a great surfing and windsurfing beach is only 5 minutes away. Paia and Baldwin are two beautiful, uncrowded, all around beaches, and only 10 minutes away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
the $800 security deposit will be returned after unit has been vacated and inspected.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
