Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak, snorkeling and many more activities. Very private with magnificent views of volcanoes and ocean. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services and shopping and restaurants. White sand beach. There are 2 cottages, one studio on top of the garage that belongs to the Main House and the Main House on a 4,1 acres property.Gated entrance.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Payment must be received within 5 days of booking.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25$\hr.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
