Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Guest will be asked to sign a brief use agreement generally specifying that the property will not be damaged and will be asked for a $500 refundable deposit to secure reservation.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.

• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
