    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of rent & 100 cleaning fee required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
