1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). The living room is a "flexible" room and the bunk beds are attractive and actually complement this room! This room has a unique feeling about it--an extra bedroom with sitting area and super fireplace with heat controls OR a living room to relax on the new sofa with lounger by the fire while reading the paper or resting from a long day of activities. It's completely up to you!

View
The view may not be of the ocean or mountains, but the privacy and gardens surrounding the suite are lovely. All French door lead out to an expansive yard with towering hedges completely ensuring privacy. The biggest bonus of all is for the mountain bike enthusiasts as the Baden Powell trails outside your door are famous and well known by mountain bikers. The trails for hikers range from easy to difficult and the same goes for the bikers. Go all day or just enjoy a leisurely pace.

We are centrally located to all you wish to see.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
50% deposit may be paid by personal cheque if it is received within 7 days of rental. Remaining balance must be paid by either cash, travellers cheques or Money Order upon arrival.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
