Studio

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This rental is a studio where all amenities are conveniently located within the 350' room. There is a top of the line queen bed with a solid brass bed frame that has been professionally altered to a silver color. There is also a new hardwood frame double futon with new luxury mattress that sleeps 2 people as well. A glass bistro table purchased from Urban barn has chairs that easily go up and down with the use of a lever. A brand new Stainless Steel Fridge has also been purchased. A Samsung HD LCD TV is in the studio with a digital box which provides extra cable channels. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a full size washer and dryer are also available in your suite. The washroom has a shower and brightly lit with brand new lighting and mirror.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

View

The suite has wall to wall glass french doors leading out to your yard. Although you may not have a view of the ocean, lake or river, the property is right next to the beautiful forest and at the end of the road just inside the trail is a creek.

This spacious studio has a brand new queen sized futon with high quality mattress. There is a bistro style table and a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. There are wall to wall French glass doors opening up to your own private patio within a fenced in yard surrounded by massive hedges. You have your own private entrance and right outside the front door is the famous Baden Powell Trails for your hiking and biking activities. This suite is perfect for someone not desiring a stove, however a new BBQ is provided in case you wish to grill a meal and have a break from the restaurant scene. This suite is tastefully decorated and conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, tourist sites and just minutes away from restaurants and all amenities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
