• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The North Shore offers many fabulous restaurant all within a 15 minute drive. Smaller bistro style places are within 5 minutes. The night life of downtown is a quick 15 minute drive away as well.
• Nearby Attractions: We are centrally located to many of the Olympic Games venues. Cypress and Grouse ski hill are up the road about 10 minutes and Whistler Ski Resort another 75 minutes away. Maplewood Farm(a petting zoo for children), Capilano Suspension Bridge(a popular tourist attraction), are also 5 minutes away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 275.00 per day required.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
