In the adjoining Queen bedroom/studio suite there is an additional toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, stainless steel mid size fridge and other utensils. Lots of extras, but not an additional stove. There is a full size gas stove in the fully equipped 2 bedroom suite.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious 350 sq ft bedroom has a queen bed and a brand new futon with a very comfy mattress. This bedroom has to option to lock and separate from the rest for privacy from the rest of the suite if privacy is high on your priority. Included in this 3rd bedroom is an extra washroom, HD LCD TV, brand new stainless steel mid size fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and bistro table. This bedroom is so bright as there are expansive wall to wall French doors leading out to your own private patio and yard. There is a huge floor to ceiling storage unit with ample closet space and a generous amount of shelves for your personal belongings. The 2nd washroom is in this studio as well as your private, large capacity washer and dryer.All beds come with duvet quilts and extra pillows.

Living Room

1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). The Living Room has a great uniqueness to it because the additional bunk bed adds a complementary touch to the room as well as providing additional sleeping accommodation for 2 more persons. It's up to you how you view this room. If you do not need the extra beds, use the living room to relax by the fireplace on the new sofa with lounger OR if you need an extra bedroom you now have a beautiful bedroom with a sitting area and toasty fireplace. It's completely up to you and your needs.

View

The view may not be of the ocean or mountains, but the privacy and gardens surrounding the suite are lovely. All French door lead out to an expansive yard with towering hedges completely ensuring privacy. The biggest bonus of all is for the mountain bike enthusiasts as the Baden Powell trails outside your door are famous and well known by mountain bikers. The trails for hikers range from easy to difficult and the same goes for the bikers. Go all day or just enjoy a leisurely pace.

We are centrally located to all you wish to see.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
50% deposit may be paid by personal cheque if it is received within 7 days of rental. Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival by either cash, travellers cheques or Money Order.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
