The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and professional series gas range. The counter and back splash are of black granite coupled with stainless steel and white high gloss cabinets. The sink is a huge double apron white porcelain with a garburator. It is open style with a full view of the city skyline.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Absolutely stunning master of 400 sq ft overlooking the city and mountains with private deck with open bathroom spa concept - coffee maker and small fridge in suite.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very large 350 sq ft second master with bath - private deck with mountain view. This room can easily accommodate 4 persons with the addition of a second queen or other sleep arrangement as required.

Alcove

1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1). This alcove area is just outside the second master on the second level. The slatted sleeper sofa is tucked away and can be opened at night.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, hair dryer and one basin.

This fabulous unit has city, ocean and mountain views; a great combination that is hard to find.

More Information

The unit rental includes 3 hours of vacate cleaning time. Any hours above the allotted 3 will be charged to the damage deposit at $35 per hour, 2 hour minimum. There is a resident cat on site that visits all of the suites; anyone with an issue regarding the cat, please let the owner know.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
If a guest wishes to pay by Paypal, the amount paid must include Paypal charges. $200.00 Processing fee for all cancellations.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 per will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.00 per hr, 2 hr minimum.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
