Top of the line stainless steel appliances to include: commercial DCS 5 burner gas convection stove, dual arm dishwasher,and side by side fridge with ice and filtered water. The counter is a high gloss white wrap around ceasar stone with extra large apron sink c/w garburator. The eating bar is conveniently located to suit a snack or for food preparations. The tiled floor is a classy mocha brown to compliment the dark brown and stainless steel, tempered glass cabinets all with self closers. It is open style so you can converse and entertain with ease and enjoyment. A glance over to your left and you will look over your private balcony to see the city skyline.

Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). On the top of the world it seems overlooking the city, the 300 sq ft master bedroom suite sits alone and private with a huge deck to sun and lounge in away from the family and friends. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink and take in the view. Pure cotton sheets and down duvets will keep you snuggly and warm and the super comfortable new mattress will guarantee a good nights rest. Coffee maker and small fridge in room.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Enjoy a quiet cozy room with a private deck overlooking the mountains. The new bed with cotton sheets and down duvet will offer a great nights rest.
Bedroom
1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). Just enough for one big person or two little ones, the small room offers the same quality new bed as the larger two with cotton sheets and down duvet.
Family Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The family area just outside both second level bedrooms has a comfortable European slat fold out couch perfect for the extra visitors.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 per hr, 2 hr min.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
