The kitchen is new with contemporary dark wood and glass self closing cabinets and drawers. The stainless steel appliances include a gas stove. The large apron sink and overall efficient design makes it s fun place to cook and entertain. It is open to the living/dining area and you can see into the private patio and gardens outside.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The spacious master is cheerful and quiet with the large window opening to the back garden. The new king bed has high quality linens and comforter to snuggle into. There is a full mirrored closet perfect for the longer stays.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This cozy and quiet room is bright with new mattress and quality linens.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). A European slat mattress unfolds from a contemporary sofa for a comfortable rest.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

Although this unit does not have a specific view as the upper suites, it is a garden unit with a lovely patio. You see it all upon your entrance to the home however and you can enjoy it all as you step outside the gate.

• Vancouver International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Easy drive to the International Airport via either bridge. There are several other smaller airports for float planes and helicopters within 30 minutes.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Public transit direct to downtown just steps away. The Sea Bus at Lonsdale Quay to downtown is only an easy 15 minute walk.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are a number of locals ski hills which include; Grouse Mountain, Mount Seymour and Cypress Mountain. The internationally acclaimed ski resort at Whistler is an hour and half drive away. Many other winter and summer resorts are in driving distance
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). You can walk to just about every kind of shop there is; grocery, clothing, gift, bookstore, pharmacy, liquor store etc. There are several malls within a 10 - 15 minute drive and every flavor of food is available within a few moments walk or drive.

• Nearby Attractions: Our location in North Vancouver is so convenient that everything the you would like to see in downtown Vancouver is only approx. 15 or so minutes away. The North shore specifically offers; Mount Seymour Demonstration Forest, Lynn Valley Canyon Park and suspension bridge and the Capilano suspension bridge. It is home to the Baden Powell trail and the world famous Grouse Grind. If there is something you are looking for, chances are that you will find it here or very close by our safe and convenient spot.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
$200.00 Processing fee charged upon any cancellations.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $50 deposit for each n/c.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 per animal will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
