Located in the Lynn Valley offers great mountain view as you arrive to North Shore from the airport. The basement suite itself does not accomodate view.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 35.00 may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
