The suite boasts a protected temperate rain forest reserve towering around the private patio, which offers miles of biking and hiking trails amongst winding creeks, waterfalls, valleys. It provides an ideal atmosphere for a romantic getaway,or others who prefer the beauty of the natural environment whilst being only 15 minutes to the action of downtown.

    The suite has a private seating area outside where you can relax and be absorbed by the soothing sounds of the Lynn Creek below and the fragrance of the towering cedars around you. There is also a den which features the entrance way, an alcove and office area.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    We charge 4% handling fee for Visa transactions

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
