The suite is surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the rainforest whilst being only 15 minutes to the action of downtown Vancouver.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This suite is perfect for a romantic getaway, being equipped with a king size hanging bed inspired by similar versions seen in the Mayan Riviera. The luxury bed has a posturepedic mattres, goose down duvet and fine 1000 thread count sheets.

    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    The suite has a private seating area outside where you can relax and be absorbed by the soothing sounds of the Lynn Creek below and the fragrance of the towering cedars around you.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are several courses located in North Vancouver.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). We are located closest to Grouse Mountain, but close to Seymour and Cypress.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a shopping mall within walking distance, but there are many shopping areas within easy reach. Downtown Vancouver is only 15 minutes away.
    • The suite is located next to the protected Lynn Canyon park, lower Seymour Regional Park, and Lynn Headwaters Regional Park. You can access hiking trails that lead from your private garden through huge cedars along side rushing creeks, dark green forest, alpine meadows up to the top of Grouse Mountain. With the prime location of the unit, you can truly experience the best of both worlds, the beauty of the natural environment and the vibrancy of a thriving city.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    We charge 4% for Visa transactions
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 500 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
