This modern villa is set in an attractive, private garden, with its own private swimming pool in the midst of quiet Stone Pine woodlands.
The villa is set in private gardens with a pool solely for the use of the villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
• Jerez Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The nearest airport is Jerez which is a 40 minute drive away.
Other airports servicing the area are Gibraltar and Seville: both approximately 75 minute drive away.
Malaga and Faro airports are approx 3 hours and 4 hours drive away respectively.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 7 golf course(s) nearby. Novo Sancti Petri golf course has two 18 hole rounds and is located between the villa and the beach. The club house is about half a mile away, less than a 10 minute walk.
In addition there are 7 other courses within 90 minutes drive of the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The nearest shops and restaurants are less than one mile away and take about 5 minutes to drive or 15 minutes to walk.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The ocean is less than 1 mile from the villa, about 5 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. La Barossa beach is less than one mile away. The beach is 5 miles long and does not get crowded. It has Blue Flag status for beach and water quality.
In winter the beach is used for surfing and at La Palmar, a few miles down the coast, you can find some of the best surfing conditions in Europe.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Payments may be made in British Pounds or Euro.
A cheque drawn on a British Bank, or direct bank deposit in British Pounds or Euro are accepted.
Paypal is accepted but you are asked to add 4% of the value of the payment towards transaction costs. Contact owner to use Paypal as a different email address is required.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 3.50/item/day.
• Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 5.00/pet/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
