Currently there is some flexibility in arrival and departure dates, depending on the length of your stay. Accommodation is suitable for 2 adults or for 2 adults and 1 child. A roll-away bed will be provided for an additional fee. Beach/pool towels are available from Bahia del Sol with a refundable deposit.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
