Our home has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge Oceanview sundeck. This unit is on the penthouse level, which has a separate elevator and other features that the lower levels do not have. Villa la Estancia has everything you need for a perfect vacation including world class restaurants, an amazing pool with swim up bar, 17000 square foot spa / gym, a market, a sister resort next door in which you can use the facilities and of course the beach!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
