Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with Ocean View or Golf Course View. The rooms are beautifully appointed with marble floors and colorful decor.

Living Room

1 Queen or 2 Singles Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The Living Room features the same Ocean or Golf Course View with sliding doors to a balcony. Sofas with trundle beds convert easily for extra sleeping quarters. Maid Service is provided to make up your beds. One end of the room features a dining table with mini kitchen.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The view from your room will be either Ocean View or Golf Course View.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 4 years old.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
