This home is nestled away behind El Tigre Golf Course, a part of Paradise Village Country Club & Resort. This home is beachfront in the coveted "Tower One" of Playa Royale Residences, a Private Gated Beachfront Community.

The home is located on the third floor with a large oversized beachfront terrace with a built-in flower bed. A gorgeous and lush ambiance in a tropic environment. The Living Room and Master Bedroom both have direct access to terrace through the two large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors.

Terrace consists of 8-person glass table, day bed, and chair/ottoman.

There is direct access to the beachfront terrace from glass sliding doors. There are curtains and black-out blinds for comfort. There is a 32 Inch Cable TV as well. Hangers Provided.

    2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). This Guest Bedroom #2 has Two (2) Full Beds to sleep a total of 4. There are blackout shades and curtains. The room has an en-suite bathroom with another passage from the entrance hallway. The room is designed with unique finishes and great detail. There is ample closet space. The room has a 32 Inch Cable TV.

There is a huge beachfront patio for entertaining which adds to the spacious luxury of this unit.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

    All Security Deposits are FULLY REFUNDABLE. 50% Deposit due at booking All Renters must sign a Rental Agreement

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 3:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $500 Fully Refundable may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
