Minimum 2 cleanings per week required at $23 each, one at midweek and one at check out. Additional cleanings can be arranged if desired.
Optional $75 membership allows up to 5 people access to the sport center located on the El Tigre golf course, access to the Hacienda del Paraiso Spa and discounts on green fees at El Tigre, as well as the Owner’s Beach Club at Playa Royale for the duration of your visit. The fee is completely optional. No Children under the age of 8 years in condo

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master bedroom opens on to the balcony and has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Banderas Bay and the Puerto Vallarta beaches. Tastefully decorated, this bedroom has its own bath and cable TV.

Bedroom

2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). The 2nd bedroom is spacious enough to handle the 2 double beds gracefully, it shares it's bath with the entrance hall, doubling as a guest bath. This room also has it's own TV and lots of closet space.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The view from the generous 7th floor balcony includes the Pacific Ocean, the Banderas Bay from Punta de Mita in the north all the way to Cabo Corrientes in the South. On a clear day the Marietas Islands you can easily see the famous Los Arcos rock formations. With a little luck, it is not uncommon to see whales breaching in the bay during whale season (December to March), when the humpback whales come to the bay to mate and to bear young.

• Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is within a 15 minute(s) drive. Playa Royale is located just 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, the cab ride is typically about $25 from the airport. Rental cars and buses are also available.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus service is available with direct and connecting buses to take you anywhere in and around the bay. There are also plenty of Taxi's on hand any time of the day.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 7 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Paradise Plaza shopping mall is just a 5-10 minute walk from the condominium and has a variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants, fast food, etc. There is also a free shuttle every half hour that runs between Playa Royale, the El Tigre Golf Course, and Paradise Plaza. Also within easy walking distance in Nuevo Vallarta is the Fajita Republic restaurant.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The dock is public. There is room for 120 boats. This Condominium, is located ocean front on one of the finest beaches in the Puerto Vallarta area. There are Palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for your use. The beach has a gentle gradient and is ideal for swimming, wading, or playing with the kids. The nearby marina at Nuevo Vallarta provides convenient access to your boat while you are visiting.
• Nearby Attractions: Hiking, biking, snorkeling, scuba, para-sailing, bird watching, whale watching, swimming with dolphins, fishing, day cruises, sunset cruises, dune buggy excursions, canopy zip line tours, exploring, culture, architecture, shopping, fine dining and nightlife... more than I could possibly list here... plus world class Vallarta sunsets every evening.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Total reservation amount includes a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rent. Balance due 45 days before arrival. You can pay in cash or travelers checks upon arrival, then your credit card will be charged a security deposit and 10% booking fee. If rescheduling, you must notify us at least 30 days before your original arrival date, or your new arrival date, whichever is earlier. No refund on the deposit, but you have 1 year from the original arrival date to reschedule your visit. Please discuss with owner during grace period for further information.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 8 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 23.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
