• Nearby Attractions: Located just 20 minutes North of the popular resort of Puerto Vallarta, on the Mexican Riviera, Nuevo Vallarta is a very tranquil, modern beach front resort. There are 3 golf courses within the neighborhood, shopping centers, restaurants, and it is conveniently located at no more that 15 minutes driving from other interesting destinations, such as Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Destiladeras, and only 30 minutes from the first class resort known as Punta Mita. There are plenty of activities such as kayaking, wind surfing, kiting, bike riding, and many more. The beach at Nuevo Vallarta is considered the most gentle and walkable beach in the Puerto Valarta area. The airport is only 15 minutes away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 USD per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
