This condo has beautiful granite and marble, it is furnished with the best, 6 appliances, can sleep up to 4, 1 full and 1 half bathroom, 2 swimming pools in the complex plus you can have access to the golf club, health club and beach club for the small fee of 75 US dollars that will cover up to 5 people and is 1 time fee. • Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Condominium is near the main boulevard and municipal transit is available from 7 am to 10 pm .
• Golf: The unit is located on El Tigre.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The golf club and the sports club have restaurants a block away , also you can have a healthy walk (15 minutes) to Paradise Plaza Shopping centre with shops, grocery store, pharmacy, and all kinds of restaurants, (Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, etc).

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
