50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Half down of full amount is due upon booking. A Personal Check will be accepted if booking 60 days prior to your date of arrivial. If reserving Less than 60 days Full Payment must be made, and paid by money order or cashier check.
Cancellation Policy- A Full Refund with written notice, with more than 60 days notice, refund less 50% reservation fee. If less than 60 days notice refund less 50% reservation fee, and if re-rented with in 30 days.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
