Enjoy a stay in this luxurious condominium directly on the beach appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bedroom has two double beds and the study has a pull out sofa bed (sleeps two). The maximum number of occupants for our non owner occupied unit is 5 persons. There is a bathroom with a two-person jetted tub and separate shower in the master bedroom and another second full bathroom with shower off the second bedroom. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with full size size washer and dryer. The large terrace is an extension of the living area with a built-in bar fridge and sink and a dining table with chairs. It also has a propane barbecue. From this terrace you can view beautiful sunsets, the gorgeous sandy beach, dolphins, whales as well as watch people jet ski, para sail. You are just a few steps from the ten mile long beach. Next door is a turtle sanctuary where you can help release newly hatched turtles every evening just before sunset. There is a wonderful beach side restaurant next door which offers reasonably priced fresh meals and the proprietor treats you like family. Within a few minutes walk there are several nice restaurants. A short walk will get you to the Paradise Village Mall which has a grocery store, ATM, clothing and souvenir shops. There are many activities nearby including swimming with dolphins, zip lining, tequila tastings, fishing - boating excursions and golf.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 90 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately.
