In addition to four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large kitchen and living area, this villa also features a game room with ping pong table and entertainment center. All the bedrooms and games room have air conditioning.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. Use of the tennis courts at closeby Taylor Bay (4 minute walk)comes complimentary with the villa rental. Or hit the links at Provo Golf and Country Club, Turks and Caicos' championship 18-hole golf course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are many excellent resaurants on the island.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Taylor Bay Beach is next door. It is very calm and shallow for quite a ways out.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
