The bedroom also have a 5-drawer chest of drawers and a 19-inch TV/VCR player with remote control. The balcony overlooks the tropical garden entrance and fountain area to the A-building.
    Living Room
    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Air Mattress (sleeps 1). The living room has very comfortable, queen-size hide-a-bed to accommodate children or your overnight guests. The bedding is conveniently located in the condo storage closet, along with a blow-up camping mattress and pump for extra sleeping accommodations.

    The balcony view from this apartment is of the tropical garden entrance and water fountains to the A building at North Coast Village. Up to two guests booking a week stay or more during the summer season will receive an hour of complimentary surf lessons from a local professional surfer, all equipment supplied. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Birch Aquarium, Old Town, the Del Mar Racetrack, and Torrey Pines Golf Course (US Open) are all within a 40 minute drive south from Oceanside. To the north, a 45-90 minute drive will take you to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and the Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area. Legoland in Carlsbad is also a very short drive, 10-15 minutes, from Oceanside.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    A refundable security deposit of $400 is due 30 days in advance of arrival. This deposit will be returned upon an inspection of the property when the tenant vacates the property. There is also a $50 nonrefundable cleaning fee for all summer and short term rentals (less than 30 days).
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
