1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Private bedroom with access to the patio. Quaintly furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand, reading corner with a table lamp and comfortable chair. The bedroom also have a 5-drawer chest of drawers and a 19-inch TV/VCR player with remote control. The balcony overlooks the tropical garden entrance and fountain area to the A-building. 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Air Mattress (sleeps 1). The living room has very comfortable, queen-size hide-a-bed to accommodate children or your overnight guests. The bedding is conveniently located in the condo storage closet, along with a blow-up camping mattress and pump for extra sleeping accommodations.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The balcony view from this apartment is of the tropical garden entrance and water fountains to the A building at North Coast Village. A few steps outside of your front door, affords you a magnificent view of the entire Oceanside coast and fishing pier. Check out the surf or the pool/jacuzzi area.

The Metro Link travels north from Oceanside to Los Angeles and the Coaster runs from Oceanside south to San Diego. Amtrak has many trains traveling north and south daily.

The condo is approximately 30 yards from the oceanfront, a very short walk. This condo is located steps from one of the largest sandy beaches in southern California. Guests are furnished with body boards, a beach umbrella, beach chairs (2 medium size, 1 large), beach towels, and beach toys. Up to two guests booking a week stay or more during the summer season will receive an hour of complimentary surf lessons from a local professional surfer, all equipment supplied. • Nearby Attractions: Oceanside is conveniently located between Orange County and San Diego. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Birch Aquarium, Old Town, the Del Mar Racetrack, and Torrey Pines Golf Course (US Open) are all within a 40 minute drive south from Oceanside. To the north, a 45-90 minute drive will take you to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and the Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area. Legoland in Carlsbad is also a very short drive, 10-15 minutes, from Oceanside.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

A refundable security deposit of $400 is due 30 days in advance of arrival. This deposit will be returned upon an inspection of the property when the tenant vacates the property. There is also a $50 nonrefundable cleaning fee for all summer and short term rentals (less than 30 days).

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
