Distances

• 35 miles from San Diego airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Many golf courses within a short driving distance, from municipal courses to the finest one at 4 Seasons Aviara.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Gift shops, fishing, whale watching trips, fast food, and excellent dining are a short walk away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The complex is on the beach, an elevator ride and 30 steps to the sand. Ocean water is 50's in the winter. Low 70's in the summer. We rent boogie, skim, and surfboards at reasonable rates.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellation after 60 days subject to a 25% cancellation fee if re-rented

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
