Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is $200 (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
