Two Bedroom Beach Getaway
This is a nicely situated condo on the beach side of the street- in the "cottages" section of the complex. What makes this unit so special is that it has windows on 3 sides so you can open them up and get the ocean air blowing through- and since it is on the top floor at the end of the building. Only a few steps down a lush, tropical, gated pathway, and you are on the sand!

3 miles of beach in front of the complex. View to beach from the patio- only 50 yards to the sand. We are in the units in front of the larger building. This is the Cape Cod style interior.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
