Dunn's River Falls, Rio Grande Rafting, Blue Mountain Biking, Blue Lagoon, Black Sand Beach, Boston Bay and Port Antonio are just some of our guests favorite places to see and experience.     A van and driver are available for tours & airport transfers. The home is nestled on a tropical hillside outside of Port Maria, Jamaica. This spacious villa has a panoramic view of the north coast and Blue Mountains.

Minutes away are some of Jamaica's finest beaches, attractions and nightlife of Ocho Rios. Nearby attractions include Dunn's River Falls, Rio Grande Rafting, Blue Mountain Biking, Blue Lagoon, Black Sand Beach & Hidden Waterfall. Driving in Jamaica can be quite challenging and stressful and the owners offer a 1996 Toyota van for rent. (No insurance cost , no liability for any damages, includes airport transfers, includes experienced driver knowledgeable of Jamaica.) Renter pays for fuel.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A beautiful 15 minute walk to the ocean.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
