The villa has a fully equipped kitchen where your Cook will prepare your meals. She is an excellent cook and is able to cook local, American and English dishes. Charcoal grill available at Villa Guest provide the groceries.

More Information

The villa has a manicured lawn, private swimming pool and a perfect view of the sunrise and the ocean from the villa. The upper level floor, has cathedral ceilings through out with the exception of the bathrooms. You can now enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, bathroom. The villa also boasts its own private bar and resident beach. Magnificently located only 10 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios. We also have our own private drivers/tour guides who will pick you up at the airport and take you on all your journey, for a reasonable price. Price of the villa includes staff

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
PayPal. Early departures cannot be refunded

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Free.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
