The villa has a manicured lawn, private swimming pool and a perfect view of the sunrise and the ocean from the villa. The upper level floor, has cathedral ceilings through out with the exception of the bathrooms. You can now enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, bathroom. The villa also boasts its own private bar and resident beach. Magnificently located only 10 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios. We also have our own private drivers/tour guides who will pick you up at the airport and take you on all your journey, for a reasonable price.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
