A teak bench with umbrella shade in the rear garden, a hammock under the Mango tree, and full staff who are intent on pleasing the Guests that choose this superb spot. Next door to the Riu and on the doorstep of Ocho Rios' activities from water sports to art galleries.

Water activities can be purchased SCUBA, Jet Ski etc. But this is a great beach for doing nothing at all. Bring a packed lunch (packed by the staff) and spend the day.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    Personal and Cashiers checks are only accepted on balance payments (save for last minute bookings)
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
