• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Caribbean sea is usually warm and calm. Water activities can be purchased SCUBA, Jet Ski etc. But this is a great beach for doing nothing at all. Bring a packed lunch (packed by the staff) and spend the day. 35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

Personal and Cashiers checks are only accepted on balance payments (save for last minute bookings)

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
