Upper Ojai Farm-Guest Cottage
The 1000 square foot cottage was refurbished in 2005. There is a huge, private covered porch with views of the Sulphur Mountains and the Ojai Valley sunsets. The pool is available seasonally and the spa is available year round. A large Koi pond was added in 2006.
Enjoy this cottage on the grounds of a 5 acre farm. The property is across the street from access to the Los Padres National Forest via Sisar Road with access to hiking, bicycling, and horseback trails. Located 8 miles from Ojai, which is known for its tennis tournament, art and music festivals.

    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
