Nice little kitchen with plenty of storage and gas cooker. Great for preparing food any night you decide to stay in, although eating out in Ojen is relatively cheap, so you may not want to.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.

Washing line to dry your clothes. There is no air conditioning, but in the mountains it is cooler in the evenings than elsewhere, the nature of these old houses keeps them relatively cool. There is a well appointed village swimming pool just a short walk away.
• Malaga Airport is 35 minutes by car from the house. From Marbella bus station a bus leaves every hour and takes 40 minutes, it costs a mere 4 euros. A taxi to the bus station from Ojen takes 10 minutes and costs 13 euros approx.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). If you are here during the winter Granada is no more than two hours drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ojen has its own charming cluster of restaurants, from cheap to expensive. A pizza in Bar Ojen costs just 4 Euros and is delicious. Local shops provide essentials plus there is a Pharmacy. Big shopping is just down the mountain 5 minutes drive at "Canada". Here the ladies can shop till they drop, and there is a large DIY store for the gents, cinemas and restaurants are also here, but English speaking films are only shown in Marbella town centre.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a well appointed village swimming pool just a short walk away, but we found we headed for a secluded beach just down the mountain called bounty beach just 10 minutes drive. The beach is just down the mountain in Marbella, here there is lots of choice as to which part to go to, but my recommendation is bounty Beach, there you have waiter service, fine beach and sunbeds (4 euros P/D).
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

Preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer. This is easy for anyone with on-line banking. Personal cheque is ok. All other methods will incur a small charge to cover costs.

• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
