A great family vacation home, our private hillside location overlooks the sleepy village of Okanagan Centre, a children's playground and majestic Okanagan Lake. On the 800' wrap-around deck, you will enjoy spacious rest, morning coffees, afternoon hammocks, spectacular sunsets or starry night skies. 50% of visiting families return year after year, touched by our ambiance, beauty, and simplicity, while appreciating our hardwood floors and easy upkeep. The 5 km Linear Lake Park, with pebbly beaches, a swimming raft and crystal clear waters, all 100 yards from the bottom of the driveway.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100. will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
