From the condos there is a panoramic view of Lake Okanagan north to south, condos face west for evening sunsets The safe harbour has two boat launches with swimming beach on each side. We have a private buoy in front of condos for our guests.

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. The dock is public. There is room for 10 boats. Okanagan Centre Safe Harbour Beach is only a few steps from the condo. Beach Trails take you to many additional beach area with some secluded areas. A private boat buoy is available for guests and boat parking is available on the premises. Okanagan Lake has crystal clear water, perfect for snorkeling and diving.
• Nearby Attractions: Walking distance to park and museum. The park has new playground equipment, BBQ's and picnic tables, grassy and shaded by large trees. Large open grass playing field. Several world class golf courses and wineries close by. Gray Monk Winery offers tours, fine dining and entertainment as well as hosting weddings. Fishing from the dock, hiking, boating, diving, swimming and relaxing are favorites of our guests.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
