Queen size sofa bed with a 6 inch mattress -quality linens and pillows, ample room, fireplace and looks out over Okanagan Lake 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). One double sofa bed - quality linens and pillows, dresser available, hardwood floor, looks out over Okanagan Lake.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet and one basin.

The home is located to take advantage of the spectacular views of both the gardens and Okanagan Lake. Enjoy the beautiful blue waters of Okanagan Lake during the day and the sparkling bridge lights at night. Also enjoy the sunsets and the clear, starry night sky.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). A 60 minute drive will take you to Big White Ski Resort or Silver Star Ski Resort
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There is a neighbourhood store that is within a 5 minute walk. Gray Monk Cellars(dining, wine and shopping) and Arrowleaf (wine and shopping) are within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The town of Winfield is a 10 minute drive and has all amenities and the city of Kelowna is a 20 minute drive with all the shopping you'd want. The city of Vernon is also a 25 minute drive away.
• Lake is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. The public dock and free boat launch is less than a minute away. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the beach or on the deck overlooking the lake. The long stretch of beach area has public access where you can explore and find your own private beach spot. The water is very clean and beautiful to swim in.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $50.00 will apply. A fee of $7.00 per night will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
