The home is located to take advantage of the spectacular views of both the gardens and Okanagan Lake. Enjoy the beautiful blue waters of Okanagan Lake during the day and the sparkling bridge lights at night. Also enjoy the sunsets and the clear, starry night sky.

The long stretch of beach area has public access where you can explore and find your own private beach spot. The water is very clean and beautiful to swim in.
• Nearby Attractions: Wineries galore, great dining, hiking, walking trails, tennis court, multiple golf courses, museum and playground close by, great shopping, theatres, water sport rentals, fishing, several lakes, orchards, and parks. A great four season playground.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $50.00 will apply. A fee of $7.00 per night will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
