Lake and mountain views. Very private 270 feet of crystal clear water with pebble beach, 25' dock and beachfront camp fire. Located on the east shore of Okanagan Lake (longer sun!) with all the privacy and enjoyment you are looking for on your holiday, with 2 acres of park-like setting.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Kelowna International Airport is only 10 minutes away - offering direct connections to Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto, etc.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby. There are several world class golf courses within 20 min of the home, including Predator's Ridge, Quail's, The Bears, Gallagher's Canyon, and The Harvest.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 45 minute(s). Big White resort is 45 min away, Silver Star is 45 min away. (Home is halfway between Vernon and Kelowna - 25 min either way)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A small convenience store is a pleasant 5 minute stroll away. Most guests rent a vehicle so they can enjoy the wide variety of shops, wineries and restaurants throughout the area. It is less than 5 minutes to drive to the town of Winfield, which has everything you may need on your vacation: grocery and speciality stores, bakery, liquor store, video rentals, produce market, pharmacy, hair dressers, coffee shops, library, restaurants and fast food chains. There are boats and water sports available for rent at Turtle Bay Marina and Lake Okanagan Resort. Grey Monk Estates winery is a 3 minute drive from the home, and has both wine tasting tours and a patio restaurant with incredible views of the vineyards and lake. There is a boat launch and safe harbour 2 kms south.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Absolute waterfront. 270 feet of private beachfront on 2 acres. Dock has diving board and also a full size garden trampoline. There is a camp fire on the beach. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Water Trampoline.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
