The cottage is located in a small Peach orchard. Deck is child escape proof, gate makes this ideal for those with little ones. The deck is a good size and comes complete with a table /chairs. The deck is duradeck and surrounded with secure plexi-glass. A grapevine grows on the side deck. Plenty of shade as well as direct hot sunshine. Hopefully you will be with us during peach season; nothing like a fresh peach right off the tree! Also, we have a berry bush for your pleasure. The rose garden is from the early 1940's and has a bit of a history to it. Deer often can be seen outside in the early morning hours, as well as pheasant and quail. Daily the garden will be watered by the gardener. He will not disturb you. You will not want to leave this beautiful setting. This is a perfect spot for families or couples. A childrens park is within a 5 minute walk along the lake. Maps/local info supplied. Fresh paint, new bathroom, excellent linens, maid service upon request. NEW FURNITURE

• 15 minutes from the Kelowna airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Land of beautiful world class courses. Where would you like to play? Predator Ridge is 20 minutes away with world class facilities. There are too many to mention.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Located between Silver Star in Vernon and Big White in Kelowna. There are other ski areas as well in the area. Cross country skiing is also very close.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a little corner store within a 10 minute walk from the cottage. A small shopping centre is about a 10 minute drive. Also several smaller restaurants, which are delightful! Nearest large mall is about 25 minutes away, as well as downtown Kelowna which is about 30 minutes away and has wonderful dining/shopping experiences. 5 minutes from local award winning wineries; Gray Monk and Arrow Leaf . Keep in mind that if you spot and photograph the Ogopogo, you could win a million dollars from the City of Kelowna. There is much too much to mention; the owner can give you more information after you book.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. There is a moorage float/anchor. View of the lake. It is a one minute walk to the beach (or less). Several other beaches are nearby and can be walked to in a few minutes. This area of the lake does not have houses right on it, so one can walk for a long time and explore to find just the right beach for them. We have some life jackets. Beach chairs are provided. This is a family beach which is used by the locals in the area. There are many beaches within walking distance of the cottage. All should be explored. There is so much available beach that you can find your own spot.
