Okanagan Centre is a small and peaceful community to have a wonderful vacation with many beautiful orchards and wineries. The beaches are open for everyone with wide open spaces. The water is crystal clear with beautiful colors to enjoy. This is a paradise for the active person who enjoys golfing, swimming, hiking, site seeing, and just enjoying the beauty of the mountains and lakes. |

The cottage sits slightly up on a slanted slope giving a wonderful view of Lake Okanagan. There is a front yard facing the lake with a private back yard backing onto a forest with lots of shade.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many beautiful and famous golf courses close by. Predator Ridge is 20 minutes away, with Quails, The Bears, Gallagers, and The Harvest close by. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Located between Silver Star in Vernon and Big White in Kelowna. There are other ski areas as well in the area. Cross country skiing is also close. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Small convenience store is about a 8 minutes stroll away. There are many beautiful wineries including the Gray Monk Winery sitting just above Okanagan Centre. It has an outdoor patio including a restaurant and beautiful views of the lake. There are boats and water sports available for rent at Turtle Bay Marina at the Lake Okanagan Resort. The cottage is about a one minute walk to the beach. The beach is open with no houses right on it so one can enjoy and explore many beaches around the area. There is a view from the cottage of Lake Okanagan. There are also many other lakes close such as Lake Kalamalka and Wood Lake. It is a gradual slope and short distance from the cottage. The water is crystal clear with blue and green colors. The swimming conditions are wonderful during the summer with miles of beach. Free public boat launch and safe harbor in Okanagan Centre.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5. • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
