This warm and cozy cottage is only two years old, has a private patio overlooking beautiful Okanagan Lake and is located on 1.5 acres (mostly forest) adjacent to the owner's house. Here, you can enjoy cooking in your own kitchen or barbecuing on the patio with the awesome lake view. Find yourself sipping a glass of wine from one of our local wineries while star-gazing each evening. A family of deer may stroll by for a visit before you head to the beach or out for a day of golf. Even the drive over from Winfield is amazing as you pass by local horse ranches, orchards, and vineyards.

    This cottage is nestled on the hillside in Okanagan Centre between Gray Monk Winery and the beach at Okanagan Lake. Relax in the Okanagan sunshine, swim and soak up the sun at the beach and enjoy nearby winery tours and tastings at Gray Monk and Arrowleaf Wineries. Golf at Predator Ridge or Quail Ridge, professional courses which are both nearby. Aspen Grove Golf Course, a 9-hole local course, is only five minutes away.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Numerous world class golf courses within easy driving distances. 15-20 minutes to Predator Ridge or Quail Ridge.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 45 minutes to Silver Star, 1 hour to Big White.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping for all necessities is within 10 minutes; major shopping and dining can be done in Kelowna or Vernon (25 minutes to either).
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. A drive down to the lake will take you one minute or you can walk down the hill trail in 10 minutes to reach Okanagan Centre beach. The beach at Okanagan Centre has a floating raft and a walk-out dock. A public boat dock is another minute past the beach. This is a pebble beach so you might want to bring aqua shoes.

    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
