Close to KVR walking and biking trail, Christie Memorial Beach, Kenyon Park , multiple wineries and vineyards. There is fishing and boating on Skaha Lake, as well as a multitude of fantastic golf-courses and Tickleberry's Ice Cream! Be sure to catch the IronMan Canada in August!
We are centrally located between Oliver's abundant orchards and Penticton's bustling tourist amenities, including floating down the River Channel!

• Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is public. There is a dock and boat launching area within a 5 minute walk . There is also parking at the rental site for boat trailer .
• Nearby Attractions: We are nestled between two lakes in the Golden Triangle for vineyards , orchards and wineries. Our weather is sunny and very warm averaging between 25 and 40 degrees Celsius. We have many beaches in the area and are only 15 minutes from Penticton which has more beaches,shopping and restaurants.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
